Welcome to the IEEE Online Testing Site

Before entering the testing site

Before entering the testing site, please verify if you have any type of "ad-blocker" or "pop-up window" software installed on your computer. This includes the newer versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer.  IE can be configured to selectively allow or disallow pop-up windows.  The configuration is made  from an icon on the IE tool bar or from an information bar that appears just below the tool bar when IE blocks a pop-up.  Click on either and select  "Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site" or "Temporarily Allow Pop-ups" or similar option from the configuration menu.

Other programs which could block pop-up windows are:

ZoneAlarm Pro Pop-Up Stopper
Ad Blocker Pop Stopper
Pop Up Zapper BPS Ad Blocker
HistoryKills PopUp Killer Panicware Pop-Up Stopper
ISP provided ad blockers (AOL, MSN, etc.) Personal firewall software (Norton, McAfee, etc.)

There are many other programs in addition to those listed above that may block pop-up windows.  You may need to disable the software before entering the testing site. If you are not sure about the installation of ad-blocker/pop-up software and have attempted to enter the testing site and the window does not open, then ad-blocker or pop-up software may be installed on your computer. Ad-blocker and pop-up software is designed to prevent secondary windows from opening.  Once you have completed your test attempt, you can re-initialize your ad-blocker or pop-up software.  If the above procedure does not resolve your problem, please contact TesTrac.Com at ttonline@testrac.com .
